We produce in small quantities because we believe less is more. This approach allows us to reduce waste, value every step of the process, and give each piece the attention it deserves.
We select only premium materials — leather, fabrics, and finishes chosen for their durability and comfort. Our pieces are made from repurposed leather leftover from shoe production, transforming surpluses into sophisticated new creations (Upcycling).

Every Shirakawa piece is entirely crafted in Portugal, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. By producing locally, we ensure exceptional quality, support skilled artisans, and uphold sustainable practices throughout the production process.
